Keith Hill, founder of Bookkeeping Matters, has over 15 years of legal bookkeeping experience for Ontario law firms. He's PCLaw certified since 2013 and CosmoLex certified since 2020. Keith formerly taught Legal Accounting at George Brown College in Toronto and is a published author. Bookkeeping Matters offers bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services.
Dorothy Jones - Legal Bookkeeper
Dorothy has over 25 years of working experience in large and small size law firms using PCLaw. Dorothy is well-versed in PCLaw, with extensive knowledge of Law Society regulations and experience with LSO audits. During her spare time Dorothy enjoys taking walks by the lake and spending time with her grandchildren.
Shrusti Choski - Legal Bookkeeper
Shrusti, proficient in CosmoLex, Soluno, PCLaw, Leap, Clio, and QBO, has several years of experience in legal bookkeeping. She specializes in resolving complex issues and assisting with Law Society audits. Outside of work, she is a dedicated cat mom, cherishing time with her four loving feline companions.
Evani Patel - Bookkeeping & Accounting Services
Evani has been meeting bookkeeping, accounting and taxation needs in Toronto for the past 10+ years. She is a chartered accountant from India and is in the process of transferring her degree to Canada. She is an expert with various accounting software, including, QuickBooks, SAP, Sage and Cosmolex. Evani is passionate about her profession and works with all clients in a patient and diligent manner.
Ervis Tchiemegni - Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
Ervis has over 10 years’ experience in bookkeeping and accounting. He has strong knowledge in finance systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, Sage Saari, Great Plains, AX). He obtained a Bachelor of Management, Finance & Accounting degree from the University of Douala (Cameroun) and is a CPA PEP Student (CPA Quebec). Ervis is bilingual; French and English.
